New Passport after POE Letter for Work Permit Issue

Hi Guys,

I have applied for work permit and received my POE Letter and eTA to travel. However my passport will expire in 15 months and my LMIA it's for 24 months.

Question: Can i renew my passport and go with both to get 24 months work permit issued?
