new offer letter/deferral????

guys i applied for post grad dip in project management from humber for fall 2012 but unfortunately my visa refused coz of study mismatch,i am planning to apply for Post grad dip global business management for winter 2013.As my sem fees is already been paid. Do the college charge new admission fees /Deferral fees and how long they issue me a new offer letter as my ILTES is valid up to 17 of this month which is making me really nervous.Any humber students here please enlighten me with the information

Yes they will charge you more fees as they have to send you the new offer of admission through mail/courier
