HI ,
EVERYBODY,

the new NOC list was suppose to arrive in the month of MAY2010.....but....yet not published. I don't understand why r they delaying. I applied 4 PR under the skilled worker category in the year 2007 ,since then they , gav me the file number .My processing time is 5 to 6 yrs. so i m eagerly waiting 4 the new list. i m n electrical engineer . :'( :'( :'( :'(

I've read somewhere through a link in this forum that the new NOC list may possibly come out by late September 2010.

There was an article link provided by PMM on the forum which conveyed new list may be out in Sep 2010

Hi,

I'm planing to take a course in Computer Networking in canada.
Its a 2 years course along with Co-OP traning.
So according to this new NOC list, will i qualify to apply for PR.

Please reply as soon as possible.

well.. soorej if u r doing a course in canada u would be on STUDY VISA , which means that u can get a work permit after 2 yrs of studying n then u will get a PR easily so....where is the need of qualifying under NOC list arises.
Basically under current imm... rules , a person has 2 choices 4 getting PR, the easiest way ,one through 29 NOC list n 2'nd by student visa.There r other options also but r tougher comparatively.
