New message but nothing in GCKey

Hello!

I got a message in GCkey saying "profile updated" but then there are no updates in GCkey. Can anyone please help to understand what does this mean?

Application Summary: June 2018 outland file, additional docs request in 2nd week May 2019 and GCKey shows "We are reviewing your additional docs..." since almost 1 month now (1st week of June). Had ordered GCMS in May and received it on 10th June that does not show any red flags (I think) except transfer reason from Mississauga to NDVO "Eligibility, review required".

This is usually a ghost update and means that your profile is moving forward. You will hear something soon(within 2 weeks)

Hi dear, i got additional photos request as well on may 17th. It is still showing they need additional docs but we tracked on courier that they received it on may 21st. What is your full timeline please?

AOR: in Oct.
File transferred to NDVO: Jan. 10th 2019
Additional doc. request from NDVO: sometime in 2nd week of May
Provided doc. via email: 10th May
Review of additional docs. message in gckey: 3rd June
Pre-arrival message: today (4am EST)
Ecas updated to DM: today (4:15am EST)

Does anyone know when should I expect passport request?
