New KIT A for QUEBEC spousal sponsorship

Hi everyone,

I have finished every single piece of paperwork and received the requirement letter from the federal government to sponsor my wife.

Now I only have to submit the Kit A which is already finished in June 2018 the same time with the federal package.

After I sent the package to CPC Mississauga, I read the announcement stating that they changed the Case Processing Centre to SYDNEY. Which was annoying because there is no official announcement on the cic website before June and that led to the event that I had to wait more than 3 months to get the AOR.

Lately, I sent the Quebec package to MIDI and saw new notification on Ministrie de Immigration stating that there is a new Kit A (since August2018).

What do I have to do now fellows? Why do they change things and did not even notice us before it happened?

I am very confused and upset. Give me your comments.

Actually, it is applicant's responsibility to check publicly available website. They did publish updates about Quebec's forms on 2nd August 2018 (Source)
