Hello
This question is regarding one of my freind who recently changed his job. He received his AOR from CIO Sydney, two weeks ago and today he changed his job. The NOC category is still same. Does he need to mention that when sending full documents to visa office. I am not sure whether the new company will provide an experience letter for him working 1 week for the company. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, no need for experience letter. Employment verification letter, job offer letter, and recent pay slip should be good enough.

Infact he can supplement the inforamtion with the appointment letter and also if he doesn't furnish with the latest changes, it can appear in background check.

Should inform CHC about the change, they will find it in background check anyways.

Since when he applied to CIO he must be eligible for application then so his new job does not impacts eligibility and other points so even if he does not have the reference letter it should not have an impact on application.
