New Job just before Outland spousal application submission

What are the impacts of joining a new job just before submitting the Outland spousal visa application?
I am aware that I, as a sponsor, need to provide employment letter/ pay stubs as part of the application. However, does it in anyway impact the application if I haven’t been in my job for long? I will be able to attach my previous employment letter, pay stubs from the old firm, new company offer letter and new pay stubs
