Hi All,

Most of the ppl here are FSW1 with exp in 3rd country (outside Canada). Lets share the JOB HUNT and the whole process..Success or otherwise/lesson learned and so on...JUST THE JOB related only..no landing exp here please.

i arrived here in march from karachi,
did not apply for any job yet, but recieved several business/partnership offers.
my friend arrived with me applied for many jobs, recieved few interview calls, but no offer yet. (accountant).
both of us r not looking for odd jobs.
looking for some canadian education to bridge the gap.

great to know about ur exp.
Love to know what kind of business/partnership...how do u know them. Is it open to others or those are the offer from your family/friends...

C'on guys, lets have some postings here...

FYI!!!
I have come across a posting ( here or some other forum) where the poster mentioned that he didn't put any place info (for education/exp) in his resume since they were not from US/Canada.

I.e. he just mentioned whats his qualification meaning M.S. but no university info.

He was able to get interview calls and within a month he landed in a JOB.

does this help?

may be a good idea, :)

business offers i recieve from relatives n friends, i have planty here.
