Hi everyone, Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
I have previously submitted a common law application which was returned to me due to the document checklist being outdated in the
time it took me to fill in the information. It's frustrating, but I'm now going to apply for the Canadian Experience Class as I have been
invited to apply.

With the new application, the IRCC is asking me for a Statutory Declaration of Common Law Relationship form IMM5409e. The form
I originally filled out and had notarised is still valid, as I am still in the same relationship. Common sense would dictate that I don't have
to fill in the new form and have it notarised again, but very rarely is common sense useful with these things.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether I am able to use my original Statutory Declaration or whether I should apply for a new one.
