New Graudate: How to apply for jobs in Job Bank if ineligible for EE Profile?

Hi everyone,

Last time, in this forum I was helped by someone who told me that I can still create an EE profile even though I don't qualify for it. I just graduated this term, and since co-ops don't count as work experience, I don't have any work experience. So MyCIC is telling me I am ineligible for EE.

The reason I want to create an EE profile is because without it, I can't apply on Job Bank. I thought Job Bank has many employers who are more willing to sponsor foreign employees for PNP, LMIA, etc. But I don't know why new graduates can't apply on it. It's impossible for me to create a Job Bank account because I don't have an EE profile, and I don't have an EE profile because I don't have work experience. This is so stupid..

I work in recruitment and I can honestly tell you that I am yet to meet a single person who got a job through job bank, let alone a job and work permit sponsorship.

Apply direct to employers, you should have a better success rate.
