New GIC Amount for SDS

I Paid my whole year Tuition fee,paid GIC amounting to $10k CAD Before December 31st 2023.I gave my Biometrics today and is currently awaiting for my Passport Enquiry.Since the new SDS GIC amount is above $20K CAD from Jan 1,Will my visa get rejected since the process is taking place after Jan 1?

I trust your words,Thank You so much.But can you clarify your stand as the new order states that “Every study permit from Jan 1 2024” and i havent recieved my study permit yet which means the permit i am gonna recieve is going to be a “study permit after Jan 1”
