New FSWP Applicant: I know the application is sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia but.

I am applying as a federal skilled worker within Canada with an arranged employment (skilled job, permanent). So I am an exception that can still apply. I know that the application must be mailed to Sydney but... when I am filling out the forms I should specify the Canada Office. People used to say Buffalo. What do I need to say? Detroit, Ottawa, CPP-O???????

It won't matter: if you say Buffalo they will correct it. If you say any US office, they will route it correctly internally anyway (CPP-O). The only issue is if you can apply through a different visa office, in which case you will want to list that office.
