NEW FSW File Application Documents

Hi,
My First post here..

I want to know that we have to submit IELTS result original with all IMM forms and send in one package to CIS Sydney. Am I right? or We can send without IELTS and when VO requested we will submit result, what are the exact rules regarding IELTS submission with full application package.

Also I want to know that I am 37years old at this time with 3years bachelor degree (12+3 india) how many points I will get on this.

I have my uncle in Canada I have his PR card, Birth certificate and passport copies to prove relationship, I don't have more other documents at this time, may I claim 5 points?

I have over 13+ years experience under NOC 2281, 2174, 2171, 2172, 2173 as well.
Wife education just HSC from India so no points.

Please let me know may I qualify and I am more concern on IELTS result submission issue. I have application package ready almost just confusion on IELTS.

IELTS results must be submitted with the original application package - otherwise your application will be automatically refused.

Good, so I have to wait for my result and original certificate and all bands should be over 6 in each category.. great..

what about my other factors for qualify anyone help me to count points for me please. thanks

It would be much safer if you calculate your points yourself:

you are right but I seen here many people get nice help even they thought something different... If I calculate and looks qualified but might be some more points required either.. I am worried about relationship points claim. Thanks

Your accompanying spouse or common-law partner’s level of language proficiency in either English or French is at the CLB 4 level or higher in all four language abilities (IELTS speaking 4.0, listening 4.5, reading 3.5 and writing 4.0). (5 Points)

Thanks so, my wife also have to go for IELTS in new FSW program.. and I can claim 5 points if she clear all these mentioned IELTS levels... please clarify..

She doesn't have to take the IELTS. But if you want to claim 5 points for her language ability, then she must take IELTS.

You can provide PCC later. This is the only thing you can provide later.

Great got it about PCC.

What about degree and transcripts, my university delayed lots, I asked 2months ago still no reply from Indian university. May I submit just copies at this time. sorry but many confusion to file!!

Sir, why don't you just read the Instructions Guide like everybody else and then read the Document Checklist? ??? Then calculate your points yourself, anybody who graduated from school can do it!

You must send her IELTS result along with your package if you wish to claim points.

Your visa office will not be Buffalo. If you are located in the USA it will be CPC-Ottawa.

Thanks a lot Pipis, but many confusion during filing. I followed check list and eligibility but documents forms and checklist drive me crazy regarding to claim my uncle points if those points not counted my points are less or equal that's the risk on my application. Because to claim relationship points I have just basic documents only. my uncles PR Card, Birth certificate and passport copy and my parents passport copies, birth certificate. Those all documents are clearly mentioned relationship but my uncle is retired and don't have any utility bills or credit card even no bank accounts because landed 5 months ago and no need to open bank accounts, they are just staying inside home taking care of kids. nothing more... that's why I confused there...
