New FSW Application

Hi,

I have been in Canada now for 4 months under positive LMO with TWP.

I want to apply for PR for my wife and myself.

If possible, I do not want to involve my employer with the application process as I am a new employee and don't want to ask for 'favors' per se.

Apart from a current positive LMO and a existing TWP, is it a must to provide letter from employer confirming my permanent employment to substantiate proof of 'arranged employment'?

If not provided now, can this be provided at a later stage or will application be refused outright?

Please advise.

If you want to apply for FSW under arranged employment, then you need to provide a letter from your employer with your original application that proves your employer has made you a permanent job offer based on you being accepted as a federal skilled worker. So you have to involve your employer if you want to apply.

This needs to be provided with the original application. It cannot be provided later.

Can you recommend which organization to choose to have my foreign education evaluated and certified?

I hold a bachelors degree in civil engineering.
