How it is posible to get certificate of qualification from any canada province while living outside canada to qualify for fedral skill trade class program . I have asked all provincial government to this question that how could i get certificate of qualification against my credentilas anad experience living outside from canada . The say that you have to attend examination for this . How it is possibble to attend exam from outside canada . what should i do to gain certificate of qualification to qualify for FSTC programm.
