New Express Entry profile ineligible

Hi

My Express Entry profile expired on 17 February 2021. Before that on 18 January 2021 my ECA report was expired and I applied for renewal still waiting for the response. When I created new EE profile I didn't enter my ECA because it expired.

Have you had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) within the past five years for this degree, diploma or certificate? No

My answer was that.

And today I received a message through cic profile that you do not appear to be eligible. Does that depend on ECA report ? Any idea ?

Yes - it's dependent on ECA.

Yes, you need a valid ECA report to create a profile.
