Currently, I am collecting my document. Due to Covid 19 I am unable to go for PCC and medical. I guess to have to submit LOE for those 2. Anyone else facing this issue ?

I highly do not support your decision. As per my discussion with IRCC on twitter. They mentioned no application would be refused due to incomplete submission of documents, plus you still have till the end of June to submit your profile

So you are saying that I should still submit my profile and go for LOE for both PCC and medical.

Again it is your call at the end of the day. But my personal opinion is either you wait till you get the documents or submit with a LOE. Again try contacting IRCC through twitter and ask. The feedback I received from their side, no application will be rejected due to incomplete documents, they understand the current situation.
