New Diploma qualification after AOR

Hi friends

My AOR is 14th July 2018.
I have just received my professional development qualification Diploma and wamted to know whether it makes sense to update CIC about it at this point. It has not be WES evaluated etc.

If not, can/should i still use for job applications?
