New design passport tracker Vancouver area, British Columbia

Hi everyone,

I want to see who was lucky enough to get a new design passport (or old design) and what location.

So far I found on this forum:

I applied Monday August 21st from Vancouver sinclair office and picked it up today Friday (express). Got the new one, was hoping for the old but on closer look the new ones is very cool and the bio page is hard cover plastic which is nice. Also in person it looks much much better than the preview they showed on the news.

Me! Got the new version.
I just picked up my passport today at Sinclair Center (Vancouver). Applied last Thu, Aug 10th in Richmond, BC and opted for express. Pick-up is in Sinclair Center a week after.

Here is an update on some people who has it complaint about the new design!! Seem its cheap the bio page is hard , the cover is soft and will go bendy and look unprofessional after heat touch it

Applied in person in Vancouver (Sinclair Center) on August 18th, regular processing. Received passport in mail today - August 31st. Old design - YAY!
