I am the principal applicant for Canadian PR. I have submitted the PR application and completed the medicals and biometrics. However, my wife (who was added as an accompanying dependent) is currently pregnant, and I don't know if she will give birth before or after a decision on our application is made. If she gives birth before a decision is made, I understand we are to fill out a web form to update IRCC, what if she gives birth after a decision has been made, but we are still in Nigeria? What are we to expect and how do we navigate the situation? I hope it won't affect our status.
