Anyone submitted application at CPC-Mississauga on or after 04 November, 2014, received Acknowledgement and Sponsorship Approval ???

Congrats for sending and posting in this group. Hearty welcome to "New Delhi - 2015 Spousal Visa Applicants" forum.

It takes minimum 58 days from the day they receive your application form to get acknowledgement (AOR) and another 48 hours for Sponsorship Approval (SA)

File Number (Application number) will be given only after transferring the application package to New Delhi Visa office (NDVO), which will happen within one week of SA.

Btw, I request you to update your timeline in the spread (the spreadsheet URL is given in my message signature"

Its Not About When Your File Transferred to NDVO...Forums are always based on Application Filed date in Canada and thats the same time NDVO display....What are you guys doing????

I mean When CPC receive Files same time is displayed in NDVO office when we check status.Indeed forms are digitally transferred and initial assessment is done same time.

Status Does not tell us when your file is transferred or When NDVO start Processing

it the only sponsor receive letter than sponsorship has been approved and file has been transferred to NEW DELHI

Then from New Delhi we receive letter that we have created your file number and received your file

Don't Make These Kinds of Whatsapp Groups Anyone Can prove you money marriage dealer with lots of Spouse Applicant in group..Don't risk your life and also forum are also suppose to help future applicant because Google index our each reply in Google result....Whatsapp Group is for personal Social Network and most of the people are Silent follower they don't make ID what about those?

Hi Guys,

I'm met my wife on shaadi.com in April'14 and from there we started chatting on whatsapp and used to do Skype every Saturday and Sunday for 6 hrs each. She is from Ahmedabad.

Now I visited her 24 Nov 2014 to 28 Nov' 2014 and we got legally married on 8Dec 2014 with a small function with just family members(pics of all marriage available).

I wanted to know how to start the whole process.

From what I read on cic website:

Step One:

The Canadian citizen or permanent resident applies to sponsor the spouse, common-law, or conjugal partner.

Step Two:

The spouse, common-law or conjugal partner applies for permanent residence.

Can someone please elaborate Step 1 and 2 in minute detail. Any help would be highly appreciated.

My husband and I were visiting Canada and sent our application on the 30th December! We are both living in Riyadh. Will my file be transferred to NDVO or Abu Dhabi?

I am a citizen of India and resident of Saudi Arabia. Nearest processing unit is UAE.

Delhi Police has started issuing online Police Clearance Certificates with digital signatures. Are these accepted by CIC? Has any one already submitted these?

I got married to my husband in April 2014. We applied for my visa in December 2014. the application was delivered to CIC on 31st December 2014. That is the confirmation I got from the post I sent it through. However there is no confirmation from CIC whatsoever. I have not even received the AOR yet. I can't even check the application status using the fee receipt number. Is this normal? Shall I wait a little longer? I'm just getting plain impatient
