Can anyone tell me how long after they applied for visitor visa for spouse how long it took to get approval? Is it only 3 months stay in Canada? I read that someone had wife here on visitor visa from India for a year while waiting for permanent visa application being processed.

FINALLY our OMG moment arrived by God's grace. My husband received his ppr letter today from our post man. Letter is dated 31 aug. Thank you everyone for your great support and superb advise. I wish you all will get your final omg moments soon.

The visit visas are getting processed in 10 days or so. Most people get for 6 months but people also get one year or 10 year visa.

my advice would be to get your remedical done on your own since it has been 4 months with no remed letter for you. make sure you scan the new medical report and submit it to NDVO through case specific enquiry. it takes about 3-4 weeks for them to update into their system and this will save you time in the future. having valid medical on file make it go at lightning speed from IP to DM.

Should we wait for the remedical request or should we get it done on our own?My medical expired on 30th may 2015...

Question: my husband live in jalandar. Does anyone know what he has to bring with him beside ppr letter, 2 photos and current passport? Is there any cash money or charges apply? If yes. How much? I had paid all the landing fee which was $1,040.00 cad with the application when i applied. Your information will kindly help.

Ordered notes ... july.09/2015
Rec'd in exactly 1 month
Indicates ... recommendations only. Marriage looks legitimate & to waive interview as a recomendation.
PCC pending
Ordered notes again a few days back ...
Is there anyone out there with a similar status ??

Wish I can just reach NDVO and protest out there on its gates and show the world how much Canada's immigration process sucks !!

Since they have requested that you declare your pregnancy, I would recommend that you oblige to their request. It is possible that they might discover about your pregnancy during landing at Canada and find out you didn't declare. In this case you'll be found guilty of mis-representation.

Just submit your passport along with the declaration of your pregnancy and due date. Since you already got PPR request and are only 3 months into pregnancy, your have a good chance of giving birth in Canada. Best of Luck!

I GOT MY WIFE SHINY VISA WITH PASSPORT THANKS FOR UR REPLY SCOLAR AND ALL FORUM MEMBERS WHO HELPED ME .AS PER UR ADVICE MY WIFE SUBMITTED PPT ALONG WITH NOTE SAYING I AM 3 MONTH PREGNANT ON 2 SEPT 2015 AND SHE GOT PPT BACK WITH SHINY VISA ON 08 SEPT 2015 WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.


FINALLY OUR LONG WAIT OF 13.5 MONTHS IS OVER AND WE GOT OUR PPT AND NOW MY WIFE WILL LAND IN CANADA AND DELIVER TO OUR BEAUTIFUL BABY WHO WILLBE CANADIAN CITIZEN AS SHE IS JUST 3 MTH PREGNANT ...WE WENT TO MAHALAXMI TEMPLE FOR THANKS AND HAD A PARTY WITH MY HUBBY WHO IS INDIA ON VISIT AND NOW WILL TRAVEL SOON
