Greetings,

I have a question that has been on my mind for the past few days. I am hoping you guys will help me with it. My spouse had her medicals initially done in June of 2013 and she was required to redo her medicals on October 30, 2014. ECAS also changed to IP on the same day, October 30, 2014. Does this mean the interview is waived since the case is now IP? What does IP really mean? Thanks for all the insight. I wish you all the very best of luck!

You and I are in the same boat. Iam also a forgotten March 21st applicant. Recenty i did an MP inquiry, and the reply was that the file is in queue (btw, "queue" has become a joke when it comes to NDVO). and i was advised to be "patient". Obviously, i didnt take this very kindly, and i wrote a stern email back to the client services unit, demanding an explanantion as to why the files are not being processed in the order they are being received. If i dont get an answer by next week, i will escalate matters to heads of cic and to the high commissoner of canada in delhi. By the way, i am also planning on applying for GCMS notes this weekend. I will get help from a friend for that.

I also applied on March 28, 2014 still my wife status in Application received.I don't understand what you mean by "MP inquiry" and "GCMS" please explain. Me an my wife waitting eagarly like you guys. Please explain and share your status

Helllooo everyone little busy outside to forum life, that's why couldn't come on regular basis. But reading updates silently. All wishes to whom who received VISA, IP , PPR . NDVO is going very partial now, we thought they clear-up the April files so speedily and they will follow the same speed for others too might they are feeling sleepy now...... due to cold while picking up the files. :'( :'( :'( Ghossshh! when the starts speedily, its making us pissed off.

Today at 1:00 pm I received call from Delhi Immigration office
She was girl who asked me few questions I am so panic right now...!!
Question She asked me ?

Q1.What is your name?
Q2 Where your wife lives in Canada?
Q3 Where your wife did work in India?
Q4 Do you know your Wife DOB?
Q5 Whats your Date of Birth?
Q6 So your wife is 2.5 year older than You?
Q7 Where did you go after Marriage?
Q8 Did she came back after marriage/Sponsor?

Some other question
When I told her my wife just had my baby two months ago....
Her Response : Oh So you got a Baby
Q8 Whats your baby DOB?
Q9 What your Baby Name?
Q10 Can you spell for me?

I have confirmed it was not a spam call or anything

I am so worried right now...even I was sleep When I got call so my brain was sort of un-consious ...I did answer everything right but with little hesitation

I dont think this Never happend before to any Candidate?

I dought some of my relatives did false complaint against me...My wife recently has big confliction with my relatives where she was staying?
Now she got her own Appartment
