New Delhi - 2012 applicants

hiii...am principal applicant in India...have doubt???

recently i changed my home address & mailing address in India..i have send to NDVO last week about my change of address by Mail(blue dart) and through Fax...
but bit confused how many days they will take to update my address???
how can i know about my change of address ???

Because it is Sri Hanuman's day ha ha ha aha ha hah ah aha CIC said they normally do update database on Tuesday only but one can never predict on CIC...The Only thing in Canada; with its government ;it's not reliable on their immigration part...........rest all is on time.........they are saying something and doing something else........... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Anyway.......Hope hai tou sab hai.....

Lol so very true!! You can get a new passport there in 24 hours but you might be waiting to meet your partner for months

Oh they are pathetic with informing us that they have received any info on our behalf... Wait for about 10 days or so and if the e-CAS website hasn't updated it yet send them a case specific email confirming that they received the update. They take a while to reply for emails but atleast you'll know

Have you gone through a lawyer? If not you might be able to directly update it on e-CAS

Another Day has been Gone......I think No update today for any one in forum. I might be wrong but at least it was not updated for me.....

Thank God there is a tomorrow and we can check our ecas again.... ;D ;D ;D ;D

I wish NVDO must read our frustrations on this forum so that at least they should leave scratching their balls and start working..... ;D ;D ;D ;D

We dont have lawyer.We have changed the mailing address thorugh the online application,no change yet

Cause my last update (date modified written at the bottom of the page) is 14th Feb (thursday)
May be it's both?
Any clue what time of the day they usually update? morning or evening?

I got a call from Delhi today saying that because I stayed in Canada for almost 6 months after marriage before submitting the passport I have to go give my fingerprints which they will then send to Canada for a PCC... I have to go for the same on 2nd April to Delhi and from then on the fingerprint thing will take about 4 months... So I have no hope of getting my PR before August
I feel like dying... The light at the end of the tunnel has vanished

Sorry to hear that. Why cant they ask you to apply and get the PCC yourself, maybe that will be much faster than the process they have outlined.

Surprised........How they Came to know that you stayed over six months in Canada Because ethere is NO exit stamp in canada and if you disclosed it your self, it was clearly written that if you were stayed more than six months in any country you have to provide PCC of that country. I also got PCC from Canada but they never asked me to give finger prints to get PCC in Canada. It looks like they had changed their procedure now,,,,,,anyway...why on 2nd April?? you can go early if they did not giv any specefic date....
