New Delhi - 2012 applicants

We are still just waiting. Not even a word from New Delhi. We found out that we will have an interview in early October from an enquiry through the MP's Office, but have heard nothing directly from Delhi since our PPR in August. We hope they will at least tell us the date of the interview soon!! We are considering seeking legal counsel before the interview to see our options in order to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible from there. A bit expensive, but probably worth while.

I am happy for those getting approved and have progress, but this is all becoming incredibly frustrating as it's been 7 months now for us and that too, apart from each other for most of the time.

Even i am in same situation as you harry....enquired thru MP office nd found thy conduct interview but don't knw when??? if thy want to take interview atleast thy hv to give us date asap....i think thy forget abt us.

Our lives are in their hands and we don't even know what's going on! All we can do is wait. Perhaps legal counsel could give some guidance as to how long the interview queue is for NDVO ???

How come it took 10 months for them to transfer your file outside of Canada? I see you applied in Oct 2011, but the file was not transferred until July?! That is an extremely long time you have been waiting!

and to others... please guys don't lose hope... yesterday my husband went to our agent... she told him that there was some snag in the system at ndvo... as she had a got reply from delhi in concern f sm inquiry,,, tht they r wrking on d snag wch is delayin d process.,,, so in coming weeks thy r gonna clear all the backlog !!

I checked ecas at 11:50 pm (I am in Canada, Alberta)
