New Delhi 2004 Applicants When will they get visa or Medical papers or decision?

Any one can tell me ?when will who are Sept.2004 applicants skilled Pr economic get medical, visa,or decision of their application? same category of fast track getting visa with in months .What is our fault applying before change of rule .Would any explain me please?

Well.......my file has been accepted on 14th aug 2004 and still waiting for my medicals.......anyone have any idea.......thanks
