CIC has just announced that, effective immediately, Czech citizens no longer require temporary resident visas to visit Canada for up to 6 months. So, any family class applicants who are waiting for PRs from the Czech Republic will no longer need visa counterfoils when PR is issued (and will have one less step to visit each other during the wait).
