Hi,

My friend has completed a one year course in August 2017. His visa is expiring in December 2017. He would like to take another 1 year course in May 2018 in centennial college. Since his visa is ending in December, should he go back to his country, till new visa is issued or can he take a visiting visa and stay in Canada.

What are options to stay in Canada?

Since he will be doing two one year courses, will he get a 3 year work permit?

He should get a new offer letter from Centennial college and then apply for study permit extension since he still have a valid permit that will expire December. he dont need to go back to his country. he should make sure he applied for the extension before december
