New corporation - Foreign Worker?

I have recently established a new corporation in Canada and planning to hire an expert foreign worker to help me start the business. Anybody can share their experience with new corporations hiring foreign workers?

Your company will need to be up and running (i.e. actually doing business) before you'll be able to get an LMIA approved and hire a foreign worker.
