New comer - getting a car

I quoted the previous wrt to rules i am in aware for Ontario.

I already got the drivers extract,do i need to stamp it from anything other than the ministry of traffic
I would suggest to get an attestation done from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain.
I did the same for my Dubai license history.

1. all you need is money to buy a car. (especially if you just want to have it but not use it).
2. If you want to register car, however you might need more. And that more depends on province which you are in
For some of them you can use your international driving licence to get it insured (I think in Alberta). But for others that is no option. Why? It is because insurance companies decided so. And if you are "lucky" to be in Ontario, you need to have at least G2 to be able to get a car insurance (and what you get with it will make you cry).
