New CEC Changes

Hello Everyone,
As you all are familiar with new CEC Changes,
I'm just worried about it as i will qualify in November to apply for CEC. I doubt that by then the cap will be full?
I'm on contract so can't apply under Alberta Nominee, i know Express entry will be much tougher than CEC.

I just wanted to know what you guys think?

What is your NOC Code? When does your work permit expire? At the moment it looks like there's pretty much nothing you can do except to wait until you are eligible to apply under CEC. Of course if you get a full time job offer you can consider applying under AINP.

My NOC code is 2282...My workpermit expires in 2016, yes that is what i though...My current contract expires in August and they'll let me know if they offer me full time before July.
Is AINP rules changing too?
