New Case Specific Enquiry form don't send confirmation email anymore?

I used the old CSE form in June to submit RPRF. I got a email immediately as a confirmation and then another one 2 weeks later.

Just last week I submit another CSE form to upload upfront medical and updated Sch A, looks like they have changed the look of the form

And I didn't get any confirmation email. Does anyone see the same?

Same here. no auto reply. but they responted to my query within a week.
