I have query in link:
http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating_and_settling/how_to_immigrate/new_brunswick_provincialnomineeprogram/New_Brunswick_express_entry/EligibilityRequirements.html

1) By "French as their first language" means candidates from French speaking countries only or anyone, who has TEF certificate and having native language other than French, can also apply?

2) Is it mandatory for the above NBPNP connection type to have job in occupation as Table 1:

Information technology: programmers; analysts; and technical customer support
Business and financial analysts
Retail trade managers
Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
Restaurant and hospitality managers; cooks; and chefs
Translators (English-French)
Manufacturing managers
Bilingual administrative assistants (French-English)

And if yes, does one need the whole work experience in the above occupation or it can be part of the total exp.?

1. Anyone who has a TEF certificate with the minimum eligible scores.
2. Job offer in Canada is not a requirement.

Work exp. in these occupations can be either whole or part of the total experience. However, it should be the Intended occupation in Canada.
