Anybody who could help me to say what is New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot Program and how can i have any sponsor from any company related to farm sector? Please! help me in this.

Hello Mr/Ms.
This is me Goutam sil skilled worker. I m doing 12 years ago work in united Arab Emirates as a QaQc civil engineer.I am API programmer.
I need Canada,new bruns wick,Halifax,nova scotia job. We are job offer level.
Have with me international driving licence and UAE driving licence. I have ASI standard certificate and qa qc also professional.
Please help me out.
