New born in our family

Hello everyone,

we have applied under NOC 0213(FSW) and our application is under process in the 2nd stage.
We are blessed with a new baby last week. She is born in US. Do we need to include her name in our application? I am assuming that a US citizen can travel to canada. Still we need to include her in the application?

Congratulations, get baby's passport ready, send photocopy of passport with birth certificate, photographs, new application with added details, fee $150 and a forwarding letter to visa office. Visa Office will add her as dependant and then all of you will get medicals together.

As a US citizen, baby will be able to travel to Canada without visa. But there may be limit on the number of days someone can stay without visa. You may want to apply for her PR also - else there may be issues with the Canada health benefits for the kids. Please check with the senior members also on this forum......
