Hi everyone!

I have applied for CSQ in the branch of Skilled Worker Quebec in 2011,
I've got my CSQ in Sep 2017 and I've sent my docs to federal office in oct 2017.
My baby was born on 5 Nov 2017, I need to know what docs should i send to federal after I get his CSQ from Quebec?
Do i have to resend any forms?
Do i have to resend my birth certificate? because my baby's name is added on it now ! , what about my wife birth certificate?

I will appreciate if anyone could help me on this.

You need to resend generic form with your child info as dependent
Additional family info form for your wife and you having your children info
Copy of Birth certificate of your child
Copy of Passport of child
Fees receipt for adding child
CSQ FOR your child

If your wife is already added in your file and you have applied for federal with your wife then you don't require her birth certificate .

Above documents may change as per particular visa office requirement . If you are inland applicant then please do check with your concern visa office.
