i want to know my wife is canadian citizen and if we want to born baby in USA so after that they can give us US citizen ship? or they just give to baby??

Are you asking if you will be allowed to stay in the US because you have a US citizen baby? If that's what you're asking - then the answer is no. Parents receive no benefits from having a US citizen baby.
