If i have newly born baby and i have to travel from canada what formalities i have to complete and how can i leave canada with minimum stay. How much time shortest formalities will take?

Where are you having the baby? Canada or elsewhere? Are you a Canadian citizen or PR? What about your spouse? If you are having the baby outside of Canada, where will the baby be born?

What kind of visa you have? If your baby born in ontario they will give you a paper on how you will register your baby. After you got your babys birth certificate you can apply for the passport then you can bring her out o the country.
