New Born Baby Documents are not ready ; Can I file with child ?

Actually my 24 months completed on 31Dec2011 and as per the instruction I have to file within 36months, this is my last month.
Unfortunately my application is send back due to Credit card payment failure and also got new baby born this month , not sure can I apply without her (but will declare her in “Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]” ), as she don’t have Passport and birth Certificate yet . and this is will be my last (with in 36month) for application

Please Advise Can I apply only for me/Spouse/1kid and skip the new born baby and apply for her later ?

A per new rule , starting 02/Jan/2013 , you should have only 12 months of experience in last 36 months, So I believe you will be eligible to apply even after 31/Dec/2012. Better get passport for you child and apply in 2013.

Does it ask for passport details in 5406? I dont see that.

No , you can not skip if baby is already born, so try to get atleast birth certificate for your new born baby and send it along with application other wise it will be false information and may lead to rejection.

Where else should we need to mention baby details if the baby is canadian? I dont see any where else other than 5406 document.
Let me know if I am missing something.

Hey, If your baby is Canadian, you need to mention his/her detail only in Additional family Information [IMM5406].

There is no need to include him/her in dependent detail.

Try to get Canadian Birth certificate and attach the copy with supporting documents. [If you apply in online, you will get it with in a week]
