New baby born while processing Super Visa application

Dear members, appreciate your though on the following query.

I have submitted my parents super visa application on September 2024. Even though I was pregnant at the time of submission, I did not mention about my pregnancy in the invitation letter or anywhere ( because I thought Super visa would be completed before the delivery of new born) . But application is on hold due to extra medical tests.

I have added the reason as visiting to us in Canada and spend time with us as we haven't seen them for a while.

While Super visa application is on hold for extra medical tests, doctors took baby out early February 2025, due to complications (Even though baby due date was given as mid March 2025 ,).

My questions are

1. Do I need to inform IRCC about new born baby even though I haven't mentioned about my pregnancy in the Super visa application submitted in Sep 2024 ?

2. Can be considered as an issue or can that be considered as providing misinformation by IRCC ( As I did not informed about pregnancy)?

3. Can this be impact negatively? Should I cancel the super visa application and apply for visitor visa?

1. Do you still meet LICO with new baby. May want to update file.
2. You didn’t need to tell IRCC that you were pregnant but now your family number has changed.
3. Why cancel? If medicals with your parents are the issue then you wait until they have passed medicals. If they apply for TRV, they start over again and do they have their own funds, ties to return and travel history.

Agree only relevant issue is the change in family size that you need to notify IRCC about.

When submitted the application in 2024, we used the NOA for 2023 and income was meeting for 4 family members (me + spouse + Mom + Dad) but not for 5 members, and it was not a issue as there were 4 people at the time of submission. Once we add the baby family size will become 5 and 2023 NOA does not meet the income for 5 persons. But our 2024 NOA is meeting the Minimum Income for 5 family members, still we have to file tax around March 1, 2025.

My next question
1. Does IRCC consider the NOA income at the time of super visa application submission, even though we are adding a new baby on 2025? or do we have to meet the income for 5 family members now?

2. I have provided all the salary slips for 2024, So will IRCC wait for 2024 NOA?

3. If income for 5 family members are needed I have to submit 2024 NOA yet
Should I asked them to hold the file or
Cancel and resubmit or
keep the application under processing
