New apps for study/work permit holders in Canada @ CPC-O (Buffalo VO closing)

Since the Buffalo Visa Office is closing, CIC has just issued a Bulletin announcing a pilot project so that the processing of new temporary resident visa applications for those holding a valid study or work permit will commence at CPP-O (Ottawa).
