I am Bangladeshi. Now I want to apply for Immigration to Canada as a Skilled Worker / Professional Immigration. I finish the Education "Bachelor of Commerce". At the moment I am working in Fiji Island in the Garments Factory. I came here at march 2004. Still i am working here (Fiji Island). There is Official Lenguage English. So, I can speck, write & listining thoroughly. and Hindi too. But I don't have IELTS certificate. So, at the moment can I apply for Immigration to Canada As a Skilled Worker/Professional?

Please Advise.

Currently you are supposed to apply under simplified application process. So you just need to submit your application with the processing fee and you will have to wait for years 4 to 5. Then you will be asked by the CHC to provide the required documents.

You will probably be asked to take IELTS. I was asked to do the same and my lawyer advised me to just accede to their request. You better start preparing for the exam. It take a while just to reserve a seat even in the United States. You will need the time..
