New Application Forms

Hi,
Can anybody help me that how can we download the new application forms for visit visa to Canada. When we tried to open it every time a message displayed that we need an updated version of acrobat reader, although we have an updated version of adobe reader. If somebody have suggestion please let me know.

I have Adobe Reader 9.4 (don't know if it is the latest), but I can open the forms without problems. You can try downloading the reader recommended on the site.

I have adobe readre 10.0.1 but i cant open it. Is there any other problem?

You can always try to uninstall your current adobe reader and install the version 9.4! Hope this helps.

I used to have the same problem: sometimes the pdf file would open, but often not.

I was using Firefox as a browser, and it was blocking pop-ups (don't ask me to make sense of all this; I am a computer ignoramus).

I solved the problem by:
1) Once you are in the right website, trying to open the pdf form, copy the http address at the top of your screen.

2) At the top of your screen click on TOOLS (top left on your screen), OPTIONS, then click on CONTENT.

3) Look for BLOCK Pop-Up WIndows. Click on Exceptions, paste the http address in that window, click on allow, then close, and you're done.

Now you should be able to open the form.
