Never received IAD decision letter

I participated IAD in an hearing of residence obligation appeal by telephone on july 2014.
Never knew or got copy of official decision.

In 2016 got email from IRCC, mentioned according to their record I am PR of canada. Unfortunately deliverd in junk mail.

how can i check, if i am eligible to apply for pr travel documents.???

Assuming that you haven't been in Canada in the last 5 years, your PRTD will likely be declined and you'll lose your PR status.

Crossing a land border via US may be an option, but you'll likely be reported unless you are super lucky.
