My PR application was refused in May 26th,2021 by Singapore VO due to an incomplete document and then a long silence until they sent me an email to request bank info for refund process in August 27th, 2022 (Yes, it took them more than 1-year to send me this email). The RPRF was paid upfront when I submitted the PR application.
I sent them back all the info they need in Sep 02, 2022 and since then a long silence again. I have not received any refund from them until now despite of sending multiple webforms asking them about the status.
Therefore, I hope to receive advice from you for this case:
