Hi Shibuya
I didn't either fill in net worth form while sending full docs to CHC.. Only filled in Schedule 3 with mentioning CAD17000 I have with support of fixed deposit and saving statement. Now I am called in for interview and advised to bring along updated POF. I have already managed the updated fixed deposit and savings statement but along with that do you suggest me to fill in the net worth form and bring it along to the interview? Could you please send me the link of the net worth form then.... Thanks in advance

Thnx a lot Shibuya. It seems you downloaded this from from UK site but hopefully its universal to work for other CHC as well. Unlike the other IMM form this form(pdf) disabled typing in... So I have to take print and fill in them manually? Is that alright?

Just one important query, We have a land property (having original stamped deed of land authorization) which is in my spouse name but I don't have time before the Interview make the evaluation for market value by CA or authorized... But I can do the translation of the deed which printed with my wife's name as the owner... Do you think it will worth carrying for the interview? However I did not mention the property in Schedule 3 form as my Fixed deposit and savings does cover CAD 17000... Pl comment and advise...

You are right that "net worth information form" is part of documents required for london CHC. every visa office has different set of required documents.

Thanx agg for the information... yes I didn't find instruction in my CHC specific guide to subit net worth with POF during sending full docs but can anyone pl clarify that is it wise for me to fill in the net worth form (if its general for all CHC) along with my updated POF (bank statement/FD statement) for the Interview I am called in?

but as I m a newbie ...... so I reserve my opinions!

Thanks aag for ur comment and I also could take along the net worth form filled in (in fact I have all liquid cash shown as asset but no property) but just wondering as net worth form along with POF proof has not been recommended in my CHC, therefore, will it be wise to do that? Shibuya or any seniors could you please make your comment and suggest me?

You take it along with u at the time of interview. If they ask something regarding POF then only You submit this net woth information statement.

In my interview letter it is advised to bring along updated POF so it is likely to be produced!!
