negative LMIA

Hello,

I got a job offer in Alberta. I will be working for the company under my Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP). And the employer is willing to apply for LMIA to help me for the express entry system. I was wondering in the case of negative LMIA, if there is any legal obligations that I can't work for him. I can still work for him until my PGWP expires, right?

You can still work without LMIA/LMO under PGWP. That's what PGWP entitles you. You won't get the points towards CRS for EE though.
