Neee help for 5 yrs eligibility period question

I have already calculated and i am eligible for citizenship
I have one question
They ask to provide 5 yrs history from april 2019 to april 2024

i got work permit in sep 2019

but before sep 2019 i was in canada on visitor visa (issued on 2014 expire on 2019) I applied for extension and was on implied status
So what should i write there from april to sep 2019???
Or should i only mention from sep 2019

You have to mention the whole 5 years.
So, list both the visitor status and when you applied for its renewal. Also give your work and address history for April to September 2019.
