Hi,
I moved to Canada in August 2015 and currently on Permanent Residence Status. We own a house and my husband also got employed.
I have three kids and now expecting twins, due to C sections and twins the midwives excuse us to take the case and doctors also referred us to main Toronto hospital that deals with high risk pregnancy. We attached the midwives letter.
I applied visit visa for my mother but that got rejected with following reasons.
1) Travel History : My mother travelled to India and multiple time Saudi Arabia
2) Family Ties: I am the only daughter live in Canada, my father and my siblings (all married) live in Islamabad (Pakistan) and not accompanied with my Mom on the trip.
3) Personal Asset and Financial Status: We have over CAD 110K in our bank account in Canada and we ask them we will finance and support the trip.
I doubt if the visa officer read the application. With 3 children and twins pregnancy I can’t manage the situation. Please advise when and how I can reply for my Mom temporary residence visit visa.
Regards
