Hi
I am a Canadian citizens and did file my taxes till Y2009 and lift Canada since 2010 April 12 but I did not notify the CR and I did not update my address on line , I have no connection whatsoever to Canada and living in Saudi Arabia since then

My warriors is that should I file taxes for all these years or should I leave everything as is until I go back

Let your warriors do the fighting for you while hiring a team of accountants to do the taxes.

So I need to hire an accountant to do taxes for all these years and I will not be penalized

Well you should file nil returns for the years you've been away from Canada. I don't think you pay any interest since you don't owe any taxes but you will be charged for late filing penalty.
